First of all, creating a VPS server can take time, from a few minutes to an hour. You can check the VPS status on the promotion page. Only after receiving all the necessary details, you can proceed with the installation.
Below you can see the causes of issues that can prevent setting up a VPS:
- Invalid credentials entered.
Please make sure you are entering the correct login information.
To avoid incorrectly entering the IP address, login, or password, we recommend you copy-paste all the login details; - Too many programs are running.
This can happen if too many programs are launched on the device at the same time. In this case, we recommend you try closing programs you don't need at the moment to increase device performance; - Important system updates that require a device restart.
Both your PC or other device and your remote computer (VPS) require OS updates followed up by a restart. If, for some reason, there was an issue during the restart, we can reboot the VPS remotely at your request. To do so, you need to provide us with the document you used for identity verification and send it to the live chat or via e-mail to support@fbs.com.
After rebooting the VPS, you'll need to restart it.
If none of the above examples apply to your case, please contact our customer support for immediate assistance.
