First of all, we would like to remind you that it's essential that the country of residence matches the country stated in the FBS account for your deposits and withdrawals to go smoothly.
Suppose you've moved to another country after successfully making a deposit and changed the country in your FBS profile. In that case, payment methods will also automatically change according to the selected country.
If you made an initial deposit using a payment system that is not available in the region where you moved, you still will have to withdraw back to the same payment systems you deposited with.
How can you do that?
- We manually change the country of your Personal Area to the previous one so that you can withdraw all deposited funds back to the same payment systems. After you successfully withdraw all the deposited funds, we change the country to the one you moved to. From now on, you will have to use only the payment systems specified on the "Finances" page. In order for us to process your request, you need to contact our customer support via e-mail or in the live chat;
- In case you cannot use the payment systems you used for deposit in the new country, you need to provide us with an official confirmation that the previously used card/e-wallet/bank account is invalid due to substantial reasons (for example, the e-wallet is blocked in the country you’ve moved to). After the confirmation was accepted, you can use the following payment systems for withdrawal:
- local banks, if any available;
- e-wallets or exchangers if local banks are not available.
