If you see "E-wallet is not registered under your name" comment in the Transaction History, it means that your "Account name" in your Perfect Money settings differs from the name stated in your Personal Area.
In this case, please, kindly go to your Perfect Money account settings:
There, please, change your "Account name". It should be the same way as in your FBS Personal Area.
After that, please, kindly create a new withdrawal request.
