Please, remember that a client can transfer funds to his Partner's account only in case the Partner transferred the funds to the client's account first.
Also, we would like to remind you that a client can transfer funds to his/her Partner's account only in case both Partner's Personal Area and the client's Personal Area are verified.
To transfer funds, please, kindly follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Personal Area;
- Click on Finances in the menu on top of the page;
- Click on "Transfer to Partner";
- State the account;
- Specify the amount you want to transfer;
- Click on the "Transfer" button.
You will be able to see the status of this transaction in the Transaction History.
