First of all, please, take into account that phone verification process is optional so you might stay on e-mail confirmation and skip verifying your phone number.
However, if you'd like to attach the number to your Personal Area, first of all, log in to your Personal Area.
There, please, click on "Confirm phone number" round button at the top of the screen.
Then click "Confirm". After that you should enter your phone number and click on "Get the code" button.
After that you will receive an sms-code, which you will need to insert in the provided field.
In case you are facing difficulties with phone verification, first of all, please, check the correctness of the phone number you fill in.
Here are some tips to take into account:
- you do not need to enter "0" in the beginning of your phone number;
- you do not need to enter the country code manually - it will be automatically set by the system once you choose the correct country in the drop-down menu (shown with flags in front of the phone number field);
- you need to wait for at least 5 minutes for the code to arrive.
If now you are sure you have done everything correctly but you still don’t receive the sms code, please, try to use another phone number. The problem can be on your provider side. For that matter, just enter a different phone number in the field and request the confirmation code.
Also you can request the code via voice confirmation.
To do that, you need to request the code again and if you still don't get an sms, you can click on "Send voice code". The page would look like this:
