A client can request disconnection from his/her Partner only if the client's Personal Area is verified.
To request detachment of your Personal Area from your Partner (IB), please, send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information included:
- Your full name;
- Your account number;
- An attached scanned copy of your national ID/passport that you used for your Personal Area verification;
- Reason for detachment request;
- In case you have 100% Deposit Bonus, please, confirm that you agree with 100% Deposit Bonus cancellation.
Please, kindly be informed that you need to send the request from the e-mail address you registered your Personal Area with.
